U.S. average regular gasoline and diesel prices fall slightly (12/27/2019)

The U.S. average regular gasoline retail price fell less than 1 cent from the previous week to $2.53 per gallon on December 23, 21 cents higher than the same time last year. The West Coast price declined by nearly 5 cents to $3.23 per gallon, the Rocky Mountain price fell 4 cents to $2.69 per gallon, and the Gulf Coast price fell by more than 1 cent to $2.22 per gallon.
